La Stradina – Pocket performance for living rooms, community centres and small organisations

La Stradina is the intimate pocket version of La Strada, the moving music-theatre production by Bel Ayre. In this small-scale format, Lieselot De Wilde and her musicians offer a heart-warming evening in which beautiful folk songs from all over the world are interwoven with true travel testimonies gathered from people across Flanders: stories of leaving and returning, of homesickness, hope and new horizons.

Format
As an organiser, you can choose between a concert version or a concert-potluck version. At a potluck, everyone — audience and musicians alike — brings a dish to share. The shared meal can take place during or after the concert, depending on what best suits the venue. Perhaps you can provide tables, chairs, glasses and plates, or maybe you have a cosy foyer or adjoining café. Or it might work better to ask the audience to bring their own plates and cutlery. The main aim is to keep things simple, warm and homely, so that everyone feels welcome. We are happy to think along with you about what works best in your space.
